  • Teflon mesh belt :Suspension polytetrafluoroethylene (known as plastic king) emulsion as raw materials, impregnated with high performance glass fiber network. It is a new product of high performance multipurpose composite material. Because of its excellent properties, it is widely used in paper making, food, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, clothing, chemical industry, glass, medicine, electronics, insulation, grinding wheel slicing, machinery and other fields.


Application:

1. Textile, printing and dyeing: printing drying, bleaching cloth drying, fabric shrinkage drying, non-woven cloth drying, and other drying channels, oven conveyor belts.

2. Screen and printing: loose dryer, offset printing press, UV light fastener, paper oil drying, UV drying, plastic products silk printing drying, and other drying way, oven conveyor belt.

3, other items: high frequency drying, microwave drying, all kinds of food freezing and thawing, baking, packaging thermal contraction, general water cut of items fast drying, solvent ink drying chamber conduction band.

The ferrofluoron grid conveyor belt is suitable for hot air flow and heat transfer conditions.
